1. Introduction
HeartLINK+ is a cloud-integrated digital cardiovascular diagnostic platform designed to support patients, associates, physicians, cardiologists, and hospitals in early cardiovascular detection, remote diagnostics, referrals, and patient health management.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all HeartLINK+ services (Kiosk App, Mobile App, Cardiologist Portal, Hospital Admin Portal). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose and Scope
HeartLink+ provides cardiovascular screening, diagnostic support, referral management, and communication between patients, associates, physicians, cardiologists, and hospitals.
Important Notice: It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. Users experiencing an emergency must call local emergency services immediately.
3. User Eligibility & Accounts
Screenings are open to all age groups, but only users aged 18+ may register for the mobile app.
Users must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Safeguard their login credentials
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if Terms are breached.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the platform for lawful health-related purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
- Not share your account or impersonate others
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Hospitals, institutions and all other users may subscribe to HeartLINK+ under tiered plans.
- Payment Methods: Payments may be made via mobile money, bank cards, or other supported channels.
- Cancellations: Subscription cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds depending on the time of cancellation and usage.
- Fees: Transaction fees may apply.
6. Intellectual Property
The HeartLINK+ platform, software, content, logos, and trademarks remain the property of HeartLINK+ (powered by the G-ACT Foundation).
No rights are transferred to users beyond limited access rights.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
HeartLINK+ supports screening and referrals but does not guarantee diagnosis or cure.
HeartLINK+ shall not be liable for:
- Data breaches caused by users' negligence
- Miscommunication/misdiagnosis not due to HeartLINK+'s negligence
- Device failures, internet connectivity, or third-party service disruptions
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
Any disputes arising out of use of this platform or under these Terms shall be settled by arbitration at the Ghana Arbitration Centre. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding.
9. Acceptance & Consent
By using HeartLINK+, you agree to these Terms and Conditions herein set out.
